TRAINING COURSES & PROGRAMS

Toyota Libya is supporting the Dealers staff with the necessary training to improve their skills in accordance with their duties. Training is performed at Toyota Training Center in Misrata Headquarters. The training center is designed according to Toyota specifications in Japan and is equipped with all necessary tools and equipment for training.

This program aims to provide an opportunity for fresh graduates, who are either unemployed or currently working as employees in some company, to acquire:

Basic technical knowledge for the maintenance of automotive and essential equipment.
English language.
Computer literacy.
Technical Reporting.

Course Outline:

The training course is conducted at The Training Center of Toyota Libya F.Z.C., which is designed according to Toyota Standards. It is conducted by instructors trained by Toyota Motor Corporation.
Each class will consist of 20 fresh graduate students assigned by The High Technical Institutes in every Libyan city. The training course lasts for 3 months and is conducted three times yearly.
In every course, trainees who complete the course with an acceptable score will be recommended to our Toyota Dealer Network in Libya for employment at the Dealers.

In April 2018, TOYOTA LIBYA entered into an agreement with the National Board of Technical and Vocational Education (NBTVE).

In June 2018, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Toyota Libya F.Z.C. launched a partnership to provide displaced young Libyans with the DYT program. The partnership aims to help the country in coping with the rising unemployment rate among new graduates and promote decent jobs.

Training Programs

On 06 October 2019, as a first batch of 20 trainees, including IDPs from all over Libya, began their training at the Toyota Libya Training Center in Misrata.
